This is a nostaglic reimagining of a PokeMart building from the popular Gameboy game, Pokemon Fire Red made for The Sims 4.
The minimum size for this lot is 30 x 20.

The (Fanmade) PokeMart is relatively simple from the outside, matching the famous 'blue roof' and large 'pokeball' symbol. It also has a neon sign with is also on the front of the Fire Red sprite for this building.

Interior
"The shelves are stocked full of Pokemon goods!"
I have closely matched the floor colours and wall colour to the Gameboy game (Fire Red). The shelving units are as closely matched as possible and the counter also. (was built using MOO cheat)
As far as a shop goes, this could function using the fridges near the counter.
